Standard Event Request for Guest Users

This request form is for outside guests of the University of Richmond. Students, Staff, and Faculty need to login to the Centralized Scheduling Service in order to make a scheduling request.
Guest Access to the Centralized Scheduling Service
Use this form to tell us about your programming needs. Event confirmations will be generated when all event details and services have been verified. Please contact Events, Conferences, & Support Services (804-289-8585) with any questions.
How To Use This Form
Enter your event criteria in the When and Where section.
Use the Availability tab to view potentially available locations. Select a location using the green plus (+) symbol.
Populate the form fields on the Details tab. Use the Submit button to finalize your request.
Special Note Regarding Academic Classroom Scheduling
Regularly scheduled academic classes receive first priority for use of classroom spaces. Requests are processed on a first come, first serve basis by term and only when the academic schedule is verified or after the add/drop deadline, whichever is earliest.
Staff, Faculty, & Students
All full-time and most part-time Staff and Faculty and Students have the ability to login to the Centralized Scheduling Service to schedule and make requests for campus locations. This request form is for guest users.
